Need suggestion with regarding selecting the right opportunity. I am CA and right now i am not able to decide the right option between two. Right now i have two opportunities with me one is with Bank and other is with leading power manufacturer. Could you suggest me what would be the better opportunity?

REASONS:
JOB FLEXIBILITY
FREQUENT PAY SCALE INCREMENT
BRIGHT FUTURE
AND EXPERIENCE WHICH WILL ALWAYS KEEP YOU ON POSITIVE SIDE.
I am concern about the below points while selection.
1. Now the basic offered by PSU manufacturing company is higher than what Bank is offering. On the face manufacturing co. is attractive.
2. Future growth & Opportunities
3. Learning and dynamic work
