Select cases in Direct & Indirect Taxes - 2008

Dear,  just buy publication of ICAI-"Selected Cases in DT & IDT for .....(year)".   It is a great publication. 

You will find  atleast 2 or 3 cases in exam. 

My suggestion is not to go for any other source for such cases (e.g VG sir or any other ). 

Such booklet in first reading will take 2 days (5 hours per day) for best reading. Later on you can revise all the cases just and just within 10 minutes.

I recommend you to go for hard copy because you can highlight important wordings and ususally self writing always remain in your mind.
