hey i got the case laws from idtfundas.com.but m not sure whether these r issued by the institute.

and for dt i got the soft copy from this site only but they r not the one which were issued by the institiute.

u can get the same from www.icai.org. In that go to student's section or in publications u wil get case studies for DT & IDT

Could not find the select cases for DT & IDT on the Institute site. Can you provide the soft copy of them
