does anybody have a list of section which are important and should be learnt by heart for the purpose of CA final examination for May 2015

Its fully depends on you,however i would suggest that Sections related with small topics shall be remembered.For Example, instead of remembering Sections of Companies Act, keep sections of Allied Laws in mind like Banking Regulation Act and Insurance Act.It will deffinately earn valuable pointed marks for you.
Keep your self updated with caclubindia and other related sites where articles are given with respect to company law. You will learn all the sections automatically and will not have to learn from heart.:)
Exactly sir,but learning and remembering are two different things.
