Sections for nov 15 final exams

Watch out for ICAI notification which is applicable for November 2015 Examination.

Hi Abhishek, no new sections have been notified during the period from 1.10.2014 to 31.3.2015. The sections notified as on 31.3.2015 remains 98+1+183= 282 Sections(the same as on 30.9.2014). Actually even now the no of sections notified stays at 282. U can check this from the MCA website. U can continue with the law book relevant for May 2015 exams. Any changes on account of rules,circulars,etc.(there arent going to be any signficant changes) will be covered by ICAI rtp. Hi Abhiram, which amendment act are u referring to? Did u mean THE COMPANIES (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2015? But those amendments were made after 31.3.2015(According to ICAI, only the amendments upto 31.3.2015 are relevant for Nov 2015 law exams whereas the sections of THE COMPANIES (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2015 were notified much later on 29.05.2015)
