As per Section -93 of The Companies Act-2013 (Changes in no.of shares Promoters and Top 10 shareholders)
“Every listed company shall file a return in the prescribed form with the Registrar with respect to change in the number of shares held by promoters and top ten shareholders of such company, within fifteen days of such change.”
Query :-
1) top 10 shareholders is other than promoter or including promoter?? as in our case our most of the promoters are included in top 10 shareholders.
2) Please suggest.
