Dear Friends,
Whether rebate of income-tax is available to an individual for the income earned in the Year 2013-14 under Section 87A of the Income Tax Act, 1961, rebate of income-tax is available?
or
the said rebate is available from next year.

87 A is applicable for F. Y. 2013-14 onwards and form coming year also
this section applicable to individual only if his /her taxable income i.e after deduction 80C to 80U is 5 lac or less .
