In my opinion , You Can apply for Advance ruling in this case of registration , under section 97 (2)(f) of the CGST act 2017.
Advance ruling under section 97(2) of the cgst act 2017 is not beneficial.
Yes Sec 8 co shall take GST registration except it provides exempt service.
Mostly NGO /NPO activities are exempted. So you need to confirm the activites carried out
Limits for registration is 20 lakh & 40 lakh per annum
But to avoid all of this, a taxpayer should hire the services of the experts to ensure all their taxes are perfectly filed.
