Dear team
As per Rule 3(5) , why an OPC is prohibited to incorporate Section 8 company. Unable to understand the intentiion of the law maker behind this prohibition.

main intension to form opc is doing business for earning profit and no such intesion of sec 8 co to earn a profit thats why company law prohibited
