Is section 560 is still in use for winding up the companies???? IF yes then plz describe in brief the procedure.

Sec 560 is still active but the procedure to strike off the company has been shifted from filing of efrom 61 to FTE (Fast Track exit scheme). U cn refger to FAQ on FTE at MCA site...they hv given the detailed procedure and applicability of FTE on various companies.
