Suppose A sale shares on 15/06/2020 and having capital gain of Rs. 50 Lacs.
A has given advance Rs. 30 Lacs to purchase a flat on 30/11/2021.
Now my question is that whether A is eligible to get exemption of Rs. 30Lacs u/s 54F.
