SECTION 50C VALUATION OFFICER
IF AO REFER TGE CASE TO VALUATION OFFICER CAN HE PASS THE ASSESSMENT ORDER WITHOUT RECEIVING THE REPORT OF VALUATION OFFICERS. WILL IT BE VALID ORDER

No he has to consider valuation officer's report and use its valuation as per sec 50c if it is more or less than consideration

No It is not in order AO cannot pass order without receiving the report of valuation officers as TGE case has been transferred to valuation officers report should be first received u/s 50C then order can be passed by AO

What if AO pass the order just to prevent assessment from getting time barred and pass the order without considering DVO REPORT.
