Section 44AD opt Out for Ineligible assessee?

If an assessee opt for computation of his income on presumptive basis under section 44 AD for the AY -2020-21.
If he for the AY -2021-22 become ineligible for section 44ad because of his turnover for the year surpasses the limit of ₹ 2crores.
If his turnover drops down to the limit of ₹2crores in the subsequent year.
Will he be eligible for computing income under 44AD since he didn't have option to opt because he became ineligible.

Quick Summary
This discussion clarifies eligibility for Section 44AD presumptive taxation. If an assessee becomes ineligible for a tax year due to exceeding the turnover limit, but their turnover subsequently drops back within the limit, they can indeed opt back into Section 44AD in future years. The ineligibility was due to external limits, not a choice made by the assessee.

Yes, he can opt for the presumptive assessment in future year/s; as the ineligibility was due to limit specified for the sec., but not from assessee side.

Thanks 🙏
