Section 44AD
If a person is covered by 44AD and his income exceeds basic exemption limit will he still be eligible for paying tax under section 44AD?

S.44AD have no link with Exemption limit rather relate to turn over & profit RATE .Any more detail if required may be asked.

No more restriction for eligibility u/s 44ad as per above said way...
Condition is restricted as profit percentage.
The Profit is less than 8 percent and Above basic exemption limit then it's fall under Tax Audit...
