As per section 446B of company(small co. OPC) didn't no file annual return then it can be refused to half of it
Now I want to pay only half of it
how can I avail this section
In mca portal it was showing as full penalty without any reduction.

Section 446B provides for a 50% reduction in penalties for OPCs, small companies, start-ups, and Producer Companies. If the MCA portal does not reflect this automatically, it is likely because the system does not recognize the company's status for that specific filing, or the default requires formal adjudication. Verify your status, check for active amnesty schemes, or raise an MCA grievance if the system error persists.
