Section 43b (h )
Is sec.43b(h) applicable to medium enterprises. If yes , then how applicable to AMC service contract .if service period is 12 months ( means whole service completed after 12 months )

Yes, this section also applies to medium enterprises. It generally depends on the conditions specified in your contract. The calculation of the payment due starts from the end of the 12-month contract period or completion of the contract, whichever is earlier.
Ok, Thanks sir, But sir, I heard sec.43 b(h) apply only small & micro enterprises.
I think some confused my means If the buyer is medium-sized, then rule 43B(H) applies. However, if the supplier is medium-sized, then it does not apply.
