Whether section 297 applies to only relatives covered u/s 6 of the companies act ?
For example sisters son is not covered u/s 6 of the companies act. so whether dealing with such person comes under sec 297?
Also, whether section 314 applies only to relatives falling u/s 6??

I think you are right , its not covered under Sec 297 but rather i think its covered under Sec 299 of the companis act, i may be wrong .Please check on the said section and in terms Sec 314 again i think you are right
