According to section 281 - certian transfers to be void.
If we need to create mortgage then we need to either take prior permission from assessing officer or it is for adequate consideration.
can any one please explain the procedure to collect permission from assessing officer.

i think for taking permission u need to approach towards court or tax department.
Dear Sir,
I am not sure but when searched I could not find any procedure that has been prescribed for taking this permission from AO.
I think an application on plain paper will do.
