One of my client has obtained loan from NBFC and he is paying installment in cash to NBFC. Whether provision of Section 269SS/ 269T will apply in this case?

Yes.. if the payment exceeds 20K in a F.Y.
Had it been a banking co.then this provision shall not apply...
