Dear Experts,

If a person given an affidavit in court that he sold out his agriculture land and given an amount of Rs. 10lac to his uncle. No mode of transaction i.e cash or bank account mentioned in the bearing affidavit. Secondly lender not mentioned any word like deposit or loan in his affidavit and details about repayment. I have filed a complaint to IT to take the congnizance on this issue but IT is not taking any action on this. Moreover they are saying this particular transaction not attract the provision of section 269SS.

I would request experts to guide me how would i take my case further as i am pretty sure this is a case of black money and also please guide what are the remedies available for me.

Thanks in advance.

This is not a loan/deposit. It is money paid toward sale of agricultural land. Section 269ss cannot apply.
