Section 25 pvt company name change

According to me For section 25 a company required to obtain the approval of Regional Director by filling form 1D and the regional director will approve after receiving clarification from ROC and the public if any.

Can Form 1D available at MCA site if yeas plz send.

I think you suggest me form 1B form approval of name change with CG.
