We had filed Form 1A for name approval of Section 25 Co. We received an approval for the same on 9th Jan, 2014. However we did not file forms 1, 18, 32 as the License for the same was not received and the form 24A met with a re submission query with last date 4th April, 2014.
Now that the 60 days mentioned in the name approval letter has elapsed, what will be required to be done??
