As per sec234F of Income Tax Act 1961 as introduced by finance minister-Mr.Arun Jaitley in budget 2017,ensures timely filing of return of Income.
If a person is required to fill his return of income according to the provisins of sec139 (1),but fails to do so within prescribed time limit.Then he is required to deposit late fees for the same while filing his return of income.
