Quick Summary
This discussion clarifies whether a senior citizen partner in a business, who receives no remuneration or interest from the firm but has significant income from house property and other sources, needs to pay advance tax. The consensus is that advance tax, and consequently penalties under sections 234B and 234C, may not apply in such individual cases, as the primary condition for advance tax relates to business income and the assessee being under 60 years old.

No, it will not attract 234B/C in your individual capacity
Can you explain How ?
234B/C is for late depositing of Advance Tax, but 207 states that advance tax will be applicable only if the assessee has business income. Also, 207(2) states that the age shall be below 60 yrs
