X, a seller having turnover exceeding RS 10 Crore in each of FY 2019-20 and 2020-21 has made TCS in respect of sales exceeding RS 50 Lacs to his customer Y in FY 2020-21. Now in running FY 2021-22 sales to Y is below 50 Lacs at present.
My query is that whether TCS is applicable on present sales to Y.
