U/s 195 tds deducted by HDFC Mutual Fund whether I need to file form 15CA.
If yes which Part and how. Can any one tell me the procedure.
In every case, Form 15CA is filed by deductor of TDS before making payment. Part of relevant Form 15CA is depends on-
1. amount of payment and
2. whether lower TDS rate than Sec 115A is applicable.
Can you tell me these things to identify correct Part of Form 15CA?
