As per Section 184 (1) of Companies Act, 2013: -

Will the diclosure of interest of Directors in any company or companies or body corporate or firms, or other association of individuals includes:

a) Non- Profitable Organization

b) Academic Institution

c) Non BankingFinancial Institution

General reply to the question is not possible. Individual case will have to be checked whether it falls into any of the following categories or not:

1. Company

2. Body corporate

3. Firm

4. Other association of individuals
