As per Section 184 (1) of Companies Act, 2013: -

Will the diclosure of interest of Directors in any company or companies or body corporate or firms, or other association of individuals includes:

a) Non- Profitable Organization

b) Academic Institution

c) Non BankingFinancial Institution
