This is overriding provisions of company act 2013, appointment of directors by principal of proportional representation... As all gets one single vote or cumulative voting... In general case every one get that no of votes which he has hold no of shares... This section is authorised by articles of company... You can whatsapp me at 9968378334

Everyone gets single vote irrespective of no of shares hold... In general case u get those no of votes as u hold no of shares
