does Additional director, Alternate director , casual vacancy director , small shareholders director , proportional representative director , nominee director is included in calculating the 2/3rd of 'total no of directors' under section 152(6)?

section 152(6) total number of directors shall not include independent directors.that means all above directors are included for calculating total number of directors.
