It is an intimation of processing of your return.
yes,jitndr is right.Notice U/s 143(1) indicate that your return is processed.Generally it may be a demand notice for payment of tax if short as there may be difference between your computation of tax and income tax assessement and it may be refund notice too.This notice provide for comparision of ur assessement and income tax department computation!
