If the jobwork is retained by firm, he will use firm's letterhead, otherwise his personal.

The partner of CA firm is statutory auditor of another sister concern. Professional service is sought from him for handling this notice. So your advice is not to use our [ appointing authority] letterhead. Is there any case law or Section?

If he is oficially representing your case in person as your Attorney, he will not use your letterhead. He will file his authority on stamp paper.
