Dear friend. please refer section 80AC of the Act which includes 80P from A.Y 2019-20 onwards. Hence if return not filed within stipulated time , deduction not to be allowed. Hence I suggest you file delay condonation u/s 119(2)(b). if it work out for you it will be better option.
