can first auditor in non government company appointed for 5 years...? even after first AGM

First auditor only up to the first AGM... In AGM member can appoint him as a subsequent auditor

auditor in case if non govt company is to be appointed within 30 days of incorporation till the conclusion of first AGM and in that AGM members shall reappoint the auditor till conclusion of 6th AGM.
