in this section i can't be understandable, share would be transferred or dividend

Earlier it was only shares but now both shares and dividend of if any shareholder who has not collected his dividend for 7 consecutive years then his shares and dividend will be transfer to IEPF by the company.
However shareholder may request to get back his share after submitting the request in prescribed format.
