To make it simple ,assume you want to put any motion in form of resolution in upcoming AGM everyone knows that AGM to be held by 30/09 ,it may called before this date or even later with appropriate approval of respective ROC, so you have to be first qualified for making request and then you can send your motion to company at least 6 weeks before the due date of AGM say by 20Aug, but relaxation is provided in law that company can't deny on this ground if meeting is been called before 30/09 and it will be valid one..
