SECONDMENT OF ARTICLES - AN OVERVIEW

Cruel fact 90 % CA will not ready to give the secondment. Because he does not wish to give away cheapest labour to any other ca.

as an alternate to TRANSFER, only i am trying to use SECONDMENT.

what i am more concerned is Institute's permission,

no CA will agre to give secondment . because articles r the staff for them at a cheaper cost, infact if will say at no cost

CA will never give secondment because that means he is accepting that his office doesn't offer much exposure. Who will fill the void left by the student for the secondment period? It will be hard to find good articles in future. CA wont accept article coming for secondment because he is at his office only for few months(max 1 year) and that means he wont have much control(like signing exam forms, form 108) over him. He has come just for learning and we all know CA teaches less and extracts more work (monotonous) from students. Chopra Amarjit is making students fools by saying "go for secondment instead of transfer"

Hey I am not able to understand the diff between transfer & secondment..secondment means wat..???
