i have passed my ca final this august. articles to complete in jan. i hav a good opportunity to work under secondment. will there b any difficulties in this regard w.r.t. rules set by the institute..?

please help me, whether i can terminate my articleship in Feb for industrial training.... My attempt is due on May 2010 and on feb 2010 my third year will start... i am willing to go for industrial training only after the exams. I would like to know that if there any obstruction to terminate or am i eligible to write the exams even if i am not in articleship...
