I want one doubt/question
Can i (client) appoint or get advice from another CS...?

By law, opinion can be obtained from number of experts.
Authorized auditor can be appointed or changed by managing committee in writing.

It means, If i get opinion from another CS/CA then Can we (client) pay charges to the CS/CA?
Is there any valid questions from current CA/CS?
Sometimes there is hope of better solution in case of controversial issue/s. Secondly, if management wishes to change current auditor from next term for its arrogant behavior, this way one can try new professional.. etc etc. there can be other reason/s which only client can clarify.

If client has doubt or doesn't get satisfactory solution from you, he/she can refer any another professional. He/ she is not bound to accept your opinions all the time.
