You have to pay GST on margin ( Sale- purchase) if you have not availed Input tax credit earlier. please refer rule 32(5) of the CGST rules 2017 for more details.

If u read under gst,no Itc claim on purchase of used mobiles, But at that time any maintenance works or any modified by u,u charge gst on margins value.
