Second hand machines buying
can we buy second hand machines without bill from a person who is not having bill currently.he has purchased 6 months back without gst bill to save gst.

If he is unregistered then you can otherwise it is illegal to buy without invoice
He has registered under gst but not filing gst return. simply he is having gst number. he is not going to run his business anymore. the machines are using for garlic peeling
There is also risk of detention during transport.
If the seller is not giving invoice you should make payment only after receiving the goods so that all risk is borne by the seller
