I request you to solve my query..
example: We had Board meeting on 06.07.2012 and called general meeting on 09.07.2012 on shorter notice but the problem is one of the shareholders having 13% of shareholding is not giving his consent for shorter notice.
We have to allot shares u/s 81(1A) anyhow....... how can we move ahead..??
Is there any other way ?? please help...
