certificate is issued to donor showing the details of corpus etc i think in form 58A and if assesse having income from biz head then 100% deduction u/s35AC else for income other than biz u/s 80GGA

If Form 58A issued & donation is out of buz. than 35AC otherwise 100% allowed u/s 80GGA
