if surplus is there after section 8 wound up. that surplus amount is to submit to govt.
there is no any provision in comapny act if cg pass an order tanffering profit to cg than co.shall transffer
Mr.milan surplus should be transferred to rehabilitation and insolvency fund u/s 269 and not investor education and protection fund
