MRP is maximum retail price and is not subject to change depending upon the customer. However, any seller is free to sell the product at any price less than the MRP. In case the excise is calculated on MRP you need to intimate the same to Customs(only in case of Imported Goods falling under MRP) & Excise Department. The whole sale price can be different for different buyers. There is no need to intimate any department for such different rates if the products are not under excise regime.
Dear Zubair,
i think you meant to say that
1.you are printing Different MRP on Packing of same product.
2.or you meant to say that you are charging diffferent price to different customer for same product.
if it is falling in one no.- you have to inform department
if this the caseis second no. no need to inform Department.
but really you are printing different
