Sec 44AD NOT FOOLOWED
if in fy 20-21 return filled under 43 ad but in fy 21-22 no turnover so itr 1 filled. now in same business fy 22-23 turn over is there. what to do can we file return under 44 ad without audit or what should we do?

No need for tax audit provided no income under head PGBP. File ITR 1 or 2 as applicable.
