Dear CA Clubians,
I have a doubt in 44AD & 44AE it is very urgent. Assessee Carrying on Retail business and Hiring Vehicle.
In both Cases Prepared seperate P & L account. While Filing Income Tax Return Can I offer income combined u/s 44ad & 44ae .. or any other way. i am waiting your precious reply.

Do not combine the income from Section 44AD and 44AE.
U need to show Profit and gains of Business or profession deemed U/s 44AD and 44AE seperately in Sr.No. 33 fo Schedule BP in ITR - 4
