It's applicable in AY 17-18 onwards...

From AY 17-18 onwards it's applicable to Partnership Firm...

A firm filed return for AY 2017-18 on 23.7.2017. firm claimed remuneration but did not get the account audited. Advocate says that on which day he filed return that time section 44AD(2) is applicable.
i am so confused.

Sec 44ad (2) only not applicable if turn filing u/s 44ad...
