Can any one tell me that....
Suppose if I make a payment to of Rs 90000.00 to a cultivator in respect of purchase of agriculture or forest produce or product of animal husbandary.......... what would be its treatment as per section 40A(3)???????

40A(3) Payments are not applicable for payments made to a cultivator.. So one can make more than 20K to a cultivator.. Refer Rule 6DD.
