As per Section 35AD, one of the special (additional )condition with respect to laying & operating cross country natural gas , crude & petroleum oil is that the assessee should ensure proportion of pipeline capacity be available for use on common carrier basis.
My question is what do u mean by common carrier basis
It means minimum 1/3 of the capacity should be available for common man...
like for public...
Common carrier means for use of any enterprise other then associated enterprise of enterprise owning cross country N.G distribution network.
