Sec 195 tax applicability from receiver points

Need to ask a question as before this year i was nri but now i have stayed more than 182 days in india ...and my ais is showing sec 195 remmtiance of foreiengn currency receipt ...need to know that this remmitance money should be included in my taxable income or not

If you are a resident in India, then your all income will be taxable in India only irrespective that was earned in India or in from foreign country. For tax paid in a foreign country, you can cliam deduction as per DTAA. Let me know if you have any questions.
